As I’m sure you are all aware, I have had an insanely long break from blogging! For those of you that know me, you’ll know how hard it was for me to stay away from the blog for the duration of completing my degree. But the end is so near! I have almost 2 months left until I leave and officially join the “adult” world. Still not used to calling myself one of those, so how I am going to handle adult life is still something I am coming to terms with.
When I stopped blogging, I didn’t really explain why, or explain when I would return to blogging, but this is all to come. Just before my exam season, I thought it would be nice to upload a few teaser posts before coming back to full force blogging. But don’t worry; once my exams are over, I will reveal all…
Boots- Kurt Geiger
Purse- Michael Kors
But for now, back to the outfit, I have pretty much lived in this jumper for entire duration of the past few months at the least, if not longer. I always stayed away from green shades as I was never really sure it complemented my skin tone. It’s only now, at the age of 23 I realise I have been lying to myself all these years! This jumper complements my skin tone perfectly and is so easy to wear. Whether it’s an ‘I’m running late for a lecture’ or a ‘slouch around the house day’ to even ‘going out for dinner with the girls day’, this jumper is perfect for so many looks.
I wore the jumper with ripped jeans and healed ankle boots, for an overall, comfortable stylish and almost effortless kind of look. You know, for those dress down days that are stylish but require minimal effort. Perfect for me when I’m at uni and even those weekends when I really have no energy, pretty much sums up every weekend nowadays! Clearly I’m at that stage where uni has taken its toll and I just want to get out! You know, when you’re already done with exam season but it hasn’t even started yet!
I hope you enjoy reading the post, and I hope to upload a few more teaser articles in the build up to me finishing my exams.
Lots of love…
And remember ladies, “the best thing a woman can wear is confidence.”
